i’ve been looking for a new desk. the one i have right now has a broken leg. i have it propped up with a cd box, an address book and a stack of stolen post it note pads. and, being the thoughtful girlfriend that i am, i want to carve out a nitch for dan in my office. he likes to check his email and baseball junk in here with me. but, right now he doesn’t really have a good station. he’s kind of floating in the middle of the room on a tiny little end table or sitting on the couch. so, i’ve been searching on craigslist. i LOVE mid century modern furniture. but it’s either really nice and super expensive or junky and not MCM at all.
the other day, i decided to see what they have on the palm springs craigslist. and i found a beautiful wall unit! i want i want i want. but we really have no room for this massive piece of furniture. and it’s not a desk… but i love it. and it’s really reasonably priced! i’m torn!
