i did it! i made the banana ice cream that i was telling you about last week. and it’s SO good. i added a small spoonful of peanut butter and another spoonful of honey. adding those two things made the bananas puree a bit easier. it’s both smooth and icy at the same time. and it’s not an overwhelming banana flavor, it’s subtle and delicious! check out the recipe here.
