i haven’t made this yet, i just read about it. but believe me, i’m out the door right now to head to the store. it’s the easiest ice cream to make because evidently, there’s only one ingredient and you don’t even need an ice cream maker!! all you need is a banana and a food processor! shut. up. all you do is freeze the banana till it’s frozen hard and then puree it! go read it the article at the kitchn if you don’t believe me. sheesh.

now, i’ll admit, banana isn’t really my favorite flavor. alright, i only really like eating bananas fresh. and banana bread. and, i don’t like anything banana flavored. but, when i got to the end of the article, when she said that you can add a few other ingredients in, like peanut butter or honey! THAT made me want to try it. well, that and shear curiosity about the process and how it’s going to taste and look and the texture… wow. yum. be right back. gotta go get some nanners!
